Job Description
FineTech Jobs is currently seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative Trainee to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively. You will process orders, modify requests, and escalate issues through various communication channels. An ideal candidate will maintain composure with frustrated customers and possess computer skills.
Responsibilities include:
