Job Description:
- Prepare and handle incoming orders, chat, emails, and calls efficiently in a customer-centric call center environment.
- Gather information to resolve customer inquiries effectively.
- Track and provide timely solutions to problems, escalating issues when necessary.
- Perform other assigned tasks as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Graduate or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- At least 6 months BPO experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willing to work night shift in Ortigas, Pasig City.
- Immediate availability.
