Job Description

A Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and requests. They are the primary point of contact between the company and its customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and providing exceptional service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Answering phone calls and emails from customers, addressing their concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues by investigating the problem, identifying solutions, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Providing accurate product information and assistance to customers.
  • Processing orders, returns, and exchanges.
  • Maintaining customer records and updating the database with new information.
  • Building rapport and maintaining good relationships with customers.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
