Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Address customer inquiries, handle complaints, and ensure overall satisfaction.
- Assist with vehicle maintenance scheduling, warranty information, and providing guidance on technical issues.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
- Keep records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Has completed at least 2 years in college.
- Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Willing to work at Sto. Niño Matina Pangi, Davao City office.
- Can start ASAP.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
