- Provide high-quality customer service via call, email, or chat.
- Respond to inquiries with sincerity and compassion.
- Attend to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Resolve customer queries by encoding standard replies through email.
Qualifications:
- Amenable to work ONSITE.
- College or Senior High School graduate, with or without BPO experience.
- Good to Excellent English Communication Skills.
