Job Description
Valor Global Inc. seeks a full-time, permanent Onsite Customer Service Representative to deliver high-quality, empathetic support via phone, email, and chat. Duties include promptly resolving inquiries using standard responses, troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues, and maintaining clear verbal and written communication. Applicants may be SHS graduates or have two years of college; BPO experience with at least one year is preferred. Candidates must be patient, adaptable, proficient in English, and able to commute to Nichols – McKinley 1634 P00. Salary: Php21,00–29,00 per month.
