Job Description
*Permanent Work-from-home/Full-time*
The Accounts Receivable Associate is tasked with managing daily accounts receivable processes and credit operations for various retailers, ensuring timely collections from delinquent accounts. Previous experience as a Customer Support Representative is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with invoicing and operations teams.
- Provide support for payment issues.
- Manage tasks through Asana and ZenDesk.
- Engage with retailers on overdue invoices.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years in lending, customer service, or collections.
- Great English communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8pm-5am (PH Time)
Pay: Php30,00.00 per month
