Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative at Viventis Search Asia. Your primary role will be to provide exceptional support to clients regarding their retirement funds and planning needs.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with retirement fund inquiries.
- Provide detailed information about retirement accounts.
- Communicate effectively via email, chat, and phone.
- Build strong client relationships.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills.
- 1-year experience in a customer service role.
- Knowledge of financial products preferred.
- English required.
Pay: Php25,00 – Php30,00/month | Schedule: Night shift
