Job Description
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Responsible in providing excellent customer service in all platforms of vivo (email, phone, chat, social media)
- Accurately encode all inquiries in the company’s CRM.
- Responsible in taking care of the customers maintenance work orders, follow up and solve their problems in a timely manner.
- Act as brand ambassadors of vivo in each platform showing professionalism, and eagerness to resolve each inquiry across PH, AU, SG regions.
Job Requirements:
- College Graduate or College Level with considerable call center or customer service experience.
- Good English communication skills.
- Familiar with mobile phone product functions, operations and popular APP applications, computer/communication is preferred.
- Ability to handle stress and can provide exceptional customer service to each customer.
- Familiar with office software operations such as MS OFFICE.
- Experience in call center or customer service voice and non-voice account is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php24,00.00 per month
