Job Description
We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives, both for voice and non-voice positions. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and responsible for providing excellent service and support.
For voice positions, strong communication skills and a pleasant phone manner are essential. For non-voice positions, excellent written communication and problem-solving skills are required.
