Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative with experience in handling customer inquiries via chat and email. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department. The candidate must be proficient in multitasking, problem-solving, and maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
Prior experience in a customer service role, especially in a chat and email support capacity, is preferred. Knowledge of CRM systems and excellent typing skills are a plus.
