Job Description
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative with E-Com account experience at Outsource Plug. The CSR will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain positive attitude towards customers.
- Respond promptly to inquiries through multiple channels.
- Acknowledge and resolve complaints.
- Process orders and requests efficiently.
- Provide feedback on customer service process and manage junior team members.
Requirements:
- Proven customer support experience.
- Strong phone handling and listening skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
