Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our valued customers.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Resolving customer issues and providing appropriate solutions
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Processing customer orders, returns, and exchanges
- Assisting with product recommendations and providing information about our services
