Job Description

Requirements:

  • At least HS/SHS graduate. (old/new curriculum)
  • Must be residing within Metro Manila or Greater Metro Manila (Bulacan, Cavite, or Rizal) Applicants in far away provinces are not qualified.
  • NO BPO or Work experience required
  • Good computer skills
  • Good to excellent English communication skills both spoken and written
  • Can start ASAP
  • Must have a minimum of 30mbps internet speed and quiet workplace

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way.
  • Use computerized systems to access the details of customers.
  • Check on the status of customer accounts and track checks and payments made.
  • Work with confidential customer information

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16,00.00 per month
