Job Description
World Wide Outsource Solutions is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our valued clients. Your main goal will be to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales revenue for our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and information on various products and services offered by our company
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Utilize a consultative approach to promote client conversion and increase sales
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed performance targets
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a BPO setting
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Willingness to work onsite
