Job Description
Welcome to Yngen Datacom Corp, where outsourcing meets excellence and innovation. We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for assisting customers via our online ticket system, live chat, and Help Center.
What we are looking for:
- Strong editing experience (media portfolio preferred)
- Background in global customer service
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Familiarity with Zendesk
Salary: Php30,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
