RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Address customer inquiries via email, phone, live chat, and social media
- Assist customers with orders, shipping, product info, and returns
- Provide quality-based responses consistently
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- 1 year of Customer Service experience
- Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify (preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Solutions-oriented and flexible mindset
INTERNET REQUIREMENTS:
- PC or laptop with a minimum of 15 Mbps speed
- Backup internet (10 Mbps) required upon hiring
