Job Opportunity: Customer Service Representative/Technical Support Representative
We are currently seeking a skilled and dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative/Technical Support Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and technical support during dayshift hours.
Key responsibilities include:
- Engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide effective solutions
- Assisting customers in troubleshooting technical issues and resolving product inquiries
- Delivering exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns
- Maintaining accurate and updated customer records using our CRM system
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Proven experience in customer service or technical support
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
