Job Description
Requirements:
- At least HS graduate (old curriculum) or SHS Graduate (new curriculum)
- No BPO or work experience required
- Excellent communication skills
- Can start ASAP on July 8th
- Amendable to work onsite at Teleperformance Molino site
Responsibilities:
- Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service
- Work with confidential customer information securely
- Resolve issues on the first call by being proactive
- Communicate appropriately and adequately with customers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php21,00.00 per month
