Job Description

Requirements:

  • At least HS graduate (old curriculum) or SHS Graduate (new curriculum)
  • No BPO or work experience required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Can start ASAP on July 8th
  • Amendable to work onsite at Teleperformance Molino site

Responsibilities:

  • Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Work with confidential customer information securely
  • Resolve issues on the first call by being proactive
  • Communicate appropriately and adequately with customers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php21,00.00 per month
