Job Description
- Graduate in Customs Administration or 4 years course graduate.
- Can speak English, Tagalog, or Bisaya.
- Must have experience in Customer Service in Logistics Industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail and grammar.
- Confidence and proven ability to provide customer support via phone, email, and chat platforms.
