Job Description
– Completed at least 1 year in college
– Airline experience of at least 6 months
– Required to have experience using GDS or reservations and ticketing tools. (Web-based tools or the website of the account is not considered).
– Customer Service Experience of at least 1 year (including the 6 months Airline Experience in the count)
– Channel Experience in Phone or Chat/Email. Multi-channel experience is preferred.
– Strong analytical skills to identify the cause of problems & recommend solutions
– Strong verbal and written English communication skills
– Amenable to work in rotating shifts
– Can work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
