Job Description
– Provide courteous and effective customer service to Mandarin-speaking clients via various communication channels (phone, email, chat), addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
– Assist Mandarin-speaking clients in understanding the consulting services offered, explaining procedures, providing relevant information, and addressing queries accurately.
– Build and maintain positive relationships with Mandarin-speaking clients, ensuring their needs are met and consistently striving for high satisfaction levels.
– Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and inquiries using the firm’s database system.
– Liaise effectively with internal teams to communicate client needs, resolve issues, and ensure seamless delivery of services to Mandarin-speaking clients.
– Gather feedback from Mandarin-speaking clients to identify areas for improvement, relay suggestions to relevant departments, and contribute to enhancing service quality.
– Provide language assistance and translation services when necessary for documents, meetings, or communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficient in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
- With at least 2 years of work experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably within a consulting firm or a service-oriented industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- 8 hour shift
