Job Description
Greeting customers in a friendly, professional manner using the suggested script. Answering telephone and email inquiries in a timely manner. Deferring queries to your line manager if you are unable to answer them. Furnishing members and healthcare practitioners with details regarding members’ benefits.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least a high school graduate
- With excellent communication skills
- Must be conversant, energetic, and emphatic, able to ask logical questions
- Able to multitask
- Must have an ability to understand the customer’s needs.
