Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be customer-oriented, and have the ability to handle inquiries and issues efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and in a timely manner
- Provide product information and assistance to customers
