Job Description
- Graduate of any four (4) year course;
- At least 2 years solid experience providing CS for Brokerage, Domestic, and International freight;
- Ability to utilize various channels in communicating with customers including phone, email, and live chat.
- Multilingual capable to ensure no information loss in translation, fostering stronger relationships.
- Dedicated to increasing brand reputation and image
- Ensures transparency of information from order tracking to shipment delays
- Relays proactive contingency solutions to mitigate shipment issues
- Agile and updates on industry trends regularly
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
