Job Description
Shoemaker’s Shop Inc. is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our team. You will monitor customer complaints across platforms like Lazada, Shopee, META, TikTok, and our website. Responsibilities include promptly responding to inquiries, identifying needs, analyzing product issues, and ensuring concerns are resolved.
Qualifications: college degree, TESDA NC II in Customer Services or Contact Center Services, and relevant experience. Strong communication skills, patience, and trustworthiness are essential.
This permanent on-site position is based in Marikina, offering a salary of Php20,00 – Php23,00 monthly, flexible schedules, health & life insurance, and promotion opportunities.
