Job Description
Superstaff is in search of a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to enhance our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the VP of Customer Service, this role involves helping customers by addressing inquiries, managing calls, and assisting new tenants during their transition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with supervisors regarding daily tasks
- Manage inbound and outbound calls effectively
- Support tenants during move-in and move-out processes
- Provide exceptional customer service consistently
Qualifications: High school diploma, experience in customer service, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to pass a background check are required.
