Job Description
We are currently hiring for the position of Customer Service Representative at Stack Ph | GDV Business Services Co.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
- Assist customers with their inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a BPO setting
- Open for fresh graduates with customer facing experience (e.g. sales lady, cashier, service crew, etc.)
- Willing to start immediately
