Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative at MC HOME DEPOT interacts directly with customers to address inquiries, concerns, and requests regarding products and services via phone or in person.
Job Specification:
Education: Preferably a graduate of secondary education or vocational course, but not mandatory.
Experience: At least 1 year in customer service.
