Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in management or training in team leadership is a plus.
- Proven work in a supervisory role.
- Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills with effective communication.
- Experience in a corporate setting with all levels of management.
- Experience in customer service and conflict resolution.
- Tech-savvy, especially in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Docx).
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- A professional certificate is a plus.
- Amenable to work onsite, 6 days a week, shifting schedule, and holidays.
