Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist the person in charge of the department to do a good job in the department of business process sorting and optimization direction.
- Coordinate departmental and other departmental business docking matters, reported to the person in charge of decision-making after the implementation and follow-up results.
- Docking the outsourcing team, develop and issue monthly task indicators, agreed by the person in charge of synchronous outsourcing supervision and implementation, and follow up on the results of implementation.
- Sampling team member business mastery, outsourcing team response quality, targeted improvement program, submitted to the training team for personnel training in business capacity.
- Collation of customer service operation events for analysis and review and rise, to assist the person in charge of the development of the department cycle work plan and supervise implementation.
- To understand the state of the various shifts within the department team members, regular staff communication, enhance team cohesion.
Qualifications
- Related customer service management experience of 2-3 years (team leader level and above), supervisor work experience of more than one year.
- Excellent knowledge of sports handicapping, understanding of e-sports, lottery related, sports handicapping post experience is preferred.
- With excellent professional ability and professional quality, familiar with basic office software, with data analysis, daily reporting, and other summary capabilities.
- With strong communication skills, organizational and coordination skills and problem-solving ability, good at teamwork, familiar with project management and time management.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php90,00.00 – Php140,00.00 per month
Supplemental pay types:

Experience:
