Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service SupportSPS Associate – T4SP-Support. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
As a Customer Service SupportSPS Associate – T4SP-Support, your main responsibilities will include handling incoming customer inquiries, resolving issues and complaints in a timely manner, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate customer records, updating information in the system, and collaborating with other teams to meet customer needs.
Qualified candidates for this position should have strong communication skills, both verbal and written. You should be able to work well under pressure and have excellent problem-solving skills. Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
