Job Description
A Customer Service Team Leader is responsible for overseeing a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that they provide excellent service to our valued customers. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide the team towards achieving customer satisfaction goals.
The responsibilities of a Customer Service Team Leader may include:
- Supervising and monitoring the performance of customer service representatives
- Providing training and coaching to team members to improve their skills
- Handling escalated customer inquiries or complaints
- Developing and implementing customer service strategies
- Analyzing customer feedback and identifying areas for improvement
Applicants for this position should have prior experience in a customer service role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
