Job Description
TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking 3 team leaders for their collections account in Clark, Pampanga. Ideal candidates should have 4+ years of financial accounts experience, including BPO customer service. Must have 3-5 years of team leadership experience, college degree in finance, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities include leading a team of customer service reps, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, daily operations oversight, performance monitoring, coaching, and issue resolution.
