Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in management or training in team leadership is a plus.
  • 2 years of proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
  • Tech-savvy, especially MS (PowerPoint, Excel, and Docx).
  • Good decision-making skills
  • Amenable to work onsite, 6 days a week, shifting schedule and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php28,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
