Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Installation coordinator
- Inbound and Outbound calls
- Responding to customers’ queries
- Setup appointments
- Handle customer complaints
- Follow up with clients
- Coordinating with maintenance team
- Customer feedback
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with leads
- Other ad hoc tasks to ensure customer satisfaction
Experience and Proficiency:
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Phone support and appointment setting experience from a corporate setup or as a VA IMPORTANT
- Experience with Service Titan, Dialpad, CHIIRP, or other similar tools is a plus
