Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Qualifications:
- Highschool Graduate or equivalent.
- Must have a CEFR rating of C1 and above
- Must have 2 years of accumulated work experience in a formal setting (Freelance jobs not counted)
- For optimal functionality, a laptop or PC equipped with a 50 Mbps fiber connection is necessary.
- Can attend the onsite interview in Pasig.
