Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Communicating with customers through various channels
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
- Knowing our products inside and out to answer questions
Qualifications:
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- CEFR rating of C1 and above
- 2 years of work experience in a formal setting
- Laptop or PC with 50 Mbps fiber connection
- Onsite interview in Pasig required
(Permanent work-from-home setup, attend interview onsite)
