Job Description

The Customer Solutions Accounting Specialist is responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, and resolving billing discrepancies. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer inquiries and provide outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify customer invoices for accuracy and completeness.
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes.
  • Communicate with customers to provide billing information and resolve inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to address customer issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to effectively address customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Prior experience in customer service or accounting role preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
