Job Description
Delve Recruitment, a dedicated recruitment agency, is seeking a Customer Success Associate to join our remote team. In this role, you will ensure candidates receive a positive experience from initial contact to post-placement support.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates.
- Answer questions regarding job opportunities.
- Resolve candidate issues in collaboration with internal teams.
Ideal Candidate:
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service or recruitment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient in CRM/ATS systems and MS Office/Google Suite.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php40,00.00 per month
