Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder
  • With experience in a client success and relevant position is an advantage
  • With managerial experience is a plus

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain strong relationship with the clients
  • Assist clients in features and functionalities of transitional care platform
  • Present and interpret platform generated reports to clients
  • Suggest recommendations for optimal use of platform
  • Address clients’ inquiries and issues
  • Constantly find ways to improve client engagements
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation in Salesforce and Google Docs
  • Schedule and lead Zoom meetings with clients
