Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Success Manager at Emapta. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products or services.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to problem-solve effectively. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and drive retention and growth.
