Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to cultivate long-term client relationships, guide smooth onboarding, and maximize retention and product adoption for our SaaS offerings.

  • Proactively manage assigned accounts, anticipate client needs, and resolve escalations.
  • Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to deliver measurable customer value.
  • Track and report KPIs including NPS, churn, and expansion; lead renewal and upsell efforts.
  • Use CRM and analytics tools to drive data-informed decisions and continuous improvement.

Qualifications: 3+ years in customer success or account management, excellent written and verbal communication, strong analytical problem-solving skills, and proficiency with CRM platforms.
