Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our products and services.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Onboarding new customers and guiding them through our product implementation process.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Proactively identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our products and services.
- Providing ongoing technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
- Monitoring customer usage and satisfaction metrics to identify areas for improvement.
