Job Description
As a Customer Success Officer, you will onboard and support clients to promote product adoption and ensure long-term satisfaction. You will cultivate strong client relationships, address inquiries, monitor account health, coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues, and gather feedback to drive service and product improvements.
- Qualifications: bachelor’s degree preferred; 1–2 years in customer-facing roles.
