Job Description
Become a valued member of the Prime Meridian HR Consultancy Inc team as a Customer Success Representative! In this role, you will manage client emails daily and collaborate with shipping, inventory, and operations teams to ensure timely responses within 24 hours (excluding weekends). You will also be responsible for fulfilling orders on Shopify post-shipment and organizing cases using Notion.
We are looking for candidates with at least one year of experience, who are receptive to feedback, empathetic, and proficient in task management.
This opportunity offers both full-time and part-time positions, with a competitive monthly salary ranging from Php30,00.00 to Php90,00.00, and requires 8-hour in-person shifts.
