Job Description
Join Ayuda Business Management Solution Inc. as a Customer Success Representative! You will support customer success by resolving inquiries related to financial products through various communication channels. Engage in routine tasks, assist customers to provide an exceptional experience, and coach new team members.
Required Qualifications: 6+ months of customer service experience.
Desired Qualifications: Completed 2nd year of college, 1+ years in banking or financial services, flexible to work shifting schedules, and open to working in McKinley, Taguig.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php25,00 – Php35,00 per month.
