Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Success Representative fluent in Spanish. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our Spanish-speaking clients through effective communication and support.
Key responsibilities include onboarding new clients, providing product demonstrations, and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner. The ideal candidate must have excellent Spanish language skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a passion for customer service.
