Job Description
AUMTREND PH INC is seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will encourage customers to utilize our platform’s features and develop strong relationships to meet their business needs.
Key Responsibilities: Evaluate churn risks, conduct success reviews, and align customers with enablement resources. Ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills, Salesforce knowledge, and experience in enterprise-level customer success for a SaaS company.
Location: Taguig City
Pay: Up to Php42,00.00 per month.
Benefits: Health insurance and 13th month salary.
