Job Description
We are looking for a talented and dedicated Customer Success Specialist who is fluent in Cantonese to join our team at GetGround. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Your main role will be to assist Cantonese-speaking customers with any inquiries or issues they may have, and to proactively engage with them to ensure they are getting the most out of our products and services.
